Hmm... Motoko and cccnnn already mentioned a lot of things about the new site, but I'll try to cover what they didn't. For Contests, I dunno what ccc was smoking when he said "it will be a great chance for us to reward our most dedicated fans with valuable (sentimental, not monetary >.>) prizes.", but we'd definitely like to have some worthwhile, somewhat-expensive prizes to give away. =) However, that depends on how much people will donate. Assuming people donate at all. <_< I wrote down our expenses over the last few months, which includes, among other things, Mai-HiME volume 2, pre-order of the Ichigo 100% DVD, D.Gray-man volume 2, Gakuen Heaven volumes 1-3, and the total is currently at $64 USD. So it'd be nice if we could make up for that. ;) We also plan on adding a poll soon, which I think will be an interesting way of getting opinions on both relevant (Cg vs. ccc!) and non-relevant (which series do you want us to release faster?) matters. I think we're also gonna add a "Staff Blog" or something, so we can whine about stupid shit and people can comment on our incessant ramblings.
Anyway, onto the actual release. We could've had this chapter done a few days ago if I wasn't so busy. =( But here it is, Yuuto chapter 3! I promised Waya he could write an update for this release, so here's what he had to say:
Waya: In honor of Yuuto 3, I was allowed to write a little diddy on the sport known as speed skating! Anywho, I live in one of the two speed skating capitals of the country: Milwaukee. I happened to be at the Petit National Ice Center breaking in some new skates I got, when I was able to watch the U.S. National Short Track championships. It was a kid's competition, but these kids skated faster than anyone I have ever seen before. They flew around the rink, leaning so low to the ground on their way around turns that they used their hands for support. I'd like to see cccnnn get pwned in a race with those kids =P. Also, the slap skates mentioned in Yuuto actually do exist! It was really cool to see what happens in Yuuto taking place before my eyes. I was also considering seeing the adults race today, and one of the competitors is Apolo Ohno, ranked number 1 in the world! In conclusion, speed skating is an awesome sport, and Yuuto is an awesome manga, so everyone should check out both! Without further ado, I present to you Yuuto chapter 3!
